ART & CREATIVITY

DOSE-OF-ART

Workshops held on-site at private residences senior communities in the Seattle area. No experience necessary and some tailored to specific interests, themes and physical abilities.

Sometimes these are part of recurring monthly programming. Sometimes they're for groups of friends looking for fun ways to spend time together beyond lunch. (Not instead of lunch but people also interested in making + doing + learning + experimenting. )

And breaking news—just 30 minutes of your brain on art is good for the heart, mind and soul. More research here.

STORIES IN COLOR

One-on-one sessions aimed at helping people and families document their stories. Past, present, or future — when people want to share what's on their mind, I'm there with art supplies, prompts and ideas to help bring them to life.

MUSEUM & GALLERY VISITS

In Seattle, there's the big ones like SAM, SAAM, NAAM, The Frye, The  Henry, MoPOP and then  so many smaller galleries and hidden art gems in the region. And I enjoy playing tour guide for all of the above!

THE FLAG
(FREE LITTLE ART GALLERY)

I designed and built the FLAG as a hub for art + creativity + community in 2020 and it's still going strong.

Today I work with small groups to create series of postcard sized pieces of art to display in the FLAG or mail to friends.
